Hi!! I’m Malerie, owner and founder of Reverie Creative Collective.
I’m a business owner, CrossFit coach, a wife, and a mom of two kids, two bonus kids, and two fur babies—which means life is full and a lot of things are competing for my attention.
Reverie ultimately grew out of my own need for better systems. I wanted to have a successful business without having to choose between being the mom I wanted to be, the spouse I wanted to be, or the athlete I wanted to be.
As my business evolved, I realized I didn’t just need another program or another piece of software to add to the mix. My brain was already keeping up with so many moving parts. I needed one system with everything I needed, all working together. I needed to keep track of business operations, simplify the repetitive work, and give myself back some of the time and mental space I was spending trying to hold everything together.
So, I created one.
Creating an integrated system for my own business changed the way I was able to work. It helped bridge the gap between being a business owner and being present in the rest of my life. Instead of constantly feeling like I needed to check something, remember something, or move information from one place to another, I could trust the systems I had built to support me. That became the foundation for Reverie Creative Collective.
These days, we’re changing the power dynamic.
We build custom systems for other businesses. Everything is designed around the way your business actually works, so you’re not forced to squeeze your process into a collection of disconnected tools or forced to change what already works to fit a pre-designed, expensive subscription software.
As a small business owner myself, I know every investment has to make sense. You shouldn’t need an enormous budget to have tools that feel like they work for you instead of against you. Our goal is to give businesses access to operate more efficiently, stand out in their industry, and thrive without creating more chaos behind the scenes.
For me, though, this is about more than systems, acronyms, and efficiency.
It’s about giving time back.
Time to work on the parts of your business that actually need you. Time to step away without wondering what you forgot. And time to be present for the people and the life you’re building the business for in the first place.
Before we are business owners, we are parents, we are spouses, we are friends, and we are people. We all became business owners for a common goal, and it wasn’t to spend every waking moment trying to hold a business together while missing the moments we can’t get back.
Having a system that works for me gave me the ability to be better in the areas that mean the most to me, and it’s what I want to do for other business owners, other people, too.
